Please select the items you wish to purchase carefully. When purchasing costumes, remember to refer to our sizing information so that you can be sure to get the right size. Once you receive your package, please open it immediately, and try on your items.
HalloweenMart's return policy and procedure is as follows:
- Download the Return Form by clicking here. If you do not have a printer, please write down all the pertinent information that is shown on the form on a blank sheet of paper and include it with your package.
- It is recommended to insure your package and ask for delivery confirmation from the Post office. The cost of shipping for your return is the customer's responsibility.
- Please postmark your return within 10 business days of receiving the package to avoid a restocking fee.
- Makeup, prosthetics, and pet costumes are non-returnable. Choose a larger pet costume size if you are unsure if it will fit.
- Items must be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging.
- Wigs and intimate apparel must be unopened.
- Before returning or discarding a defective item, please call us at 800.811.4877.
If you used a Daily Deal Coupon for your order, and you need to return it, you will receive a credit for the amount you paid for the coupon, plus anything spent over the value of the coupon, less shipping charges.
A 25% restocking fee may be assessed for items returned without a Return Form or the like, missing parts or packaging, or postmarked after the 10 business day evaluation period.
The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances: Intimate Apparel (if sealed package is opened), Latex Masks, Wigs (if package has been opened), Hats, Make-up, Books, and Videos.
If you would like to exchange your item, please place a new order for the item you would like to purchase and send your return back following the instructions above. If you have any questions, please contact us.
We will not contact you upon receiving your return, but when credit is issued an email notifying you of the refund amount will be sent. Most refunds will be issued within 48 hours of our receipt. During the months of September and October, this process may take up to 2 weeks. All monies will be refunded to the same form of payment used to make the purchase.
