Shipping Information

• We ship from Las Vegas, Nevada.
• We ship via FedEx or DHL service to a physical address only, no PO Boxes.
• We only ship to the Continental United States and Canada. We no longer ship to Puerto Rico or Guam.
• Most packages ship the same day. If some/all of your items are not in stock yet, we may partial ship your order and ship the remaining items when they arrive at our expense.
• The day your package is shipped, your tracking number will be emailed to you from FedEx or DHL.
• If your order requires Saturday Delivery, you must call it in to 800-811-4877 option 2.
• Orders shipped to Alaska & Hawaii are shipped via FedEx or DHL 2-day service.

Shipping days do not include weekends or holidays.

Percentage is of the total order.

Oversized items or extremely heavy items must be shipped ground so be sure to order early. Even when shipped ground, these items may incur additional shipping charges. If you select Express or Priority for an oversized order, your order will most likely be shipped ground automatically and your shipping charges will be adjusted.

Military addresses (APO/FPO)

• Between the months of November and August, we will accept orders shipping to APO/FPO Military addresses. They will ship via the US Postal Service Priority Mail for the ground rates noted above unless the package is oversized or overweight.
• During September & October, we are unable to ship directly to APO/FPO Military Addresses as delivery by Halloween is not guaranteed. If you would still like to place an order and live overseas, please enter your correct billing address, have it shipped to a friend or family member in the states, and have them forward the package to you.

Canada Orders

• The only service available currently is Express Canada shipping which will take approximately 2-5 business days to reach you.  Ground service will resume after Halloween.
• Customs or duties charged by the Canadian Customs Officers are not included in the shipping charge.
• These charges are your responsibility. If the Canadian Customs department releases your package to you and charges the duty to Halloweenmart.com, we will charge your credit card on file. If your shipment is oversized or extremely heavy, the charges may be more than the quote but you will be contacted for approval.
