I'm the kind of person who tends to procrastinate, but thanks to HalloweenMart that was not a problem this year! I ordered my costumes three days before a party I was going to attend and so scared I would be empty handed and unable to go, but with the helpful customer service and informative e-mails I had nothing to worry about. HalloweenMart let me know when my order was placed and I could even track where it was while it was being delivered! I put HalloweenMart in my favorites folder and will continue to use them for many years to come!

Thank you for expediting the process of my order. I placed the order 2 days ago and I have received confirmation that the costumes have already been shipped.  I really appreciate this.  I had ordered the same costume from another site a month ago.  Well, when I had not heard from the company in a few weeks I contacted them.  They told me that the costume was back ordered.  However, when I placed the order, they told me that it was in stock and would be shipped within 2 days...not the case.  Not only did I wait over a month for the costume that never came, I pay $140 more that what you all charged me!  For a fraction of the time and money I bought myself and my husband costumes for Halloween! So again thank you...you would think that a company that specializes in costume could have got my costume to me before Halloween..I guess not!!

Your company has such an amazing website! I am very impressed with the wide range of costumes and accessories that Halloween Mart offers.  I am a huge fan of the Halloween Holiday and costume parties. I have never found a web site that offers so much!  Although I have never ordered a costume on line before, Halloween Mart made the process very easy! I want to THANK YOU for shipping my son's Halloween costume so quickly via priority USPS. THANK YOU!!! We are active duty military overseas and I didn't think the costume would arrive in time because regular snail mail service takes many weeks. You surprised me by shipping priority so I have to send my thanks and appreciation. I almost didn't place that order with your company because I was unsure if it would arrive in time, but it did! Little things make a difference and this was one of those little things. Whomever is in charge of shipping and the method, give them kudos for using priority and you should offer the priority option on your web site for military FPO and APO address's because you wouldn't believe how many military families overseas (everybody) use the web to shop and have things priority mailed. Seeing the priority option for APO FPO might make a difference in your orders?!! I didn't see priority as an option and I took a chance which turned out to be a smart move. Otherwise I would normally not order anything without seeing priority shipping available for military addresses. Thanks again!!!!

I am elated to tell you that you have a top notch customer service rep working for your company. I have had many experiences trying to get great customer service but many times it was a complete nightmare. Robyn was so helpful to me today!
